Daisy Energy

Combined Heat and Power (CHP) operators utilize on average only 60% of the energy input, with the remaining 40% going to waste as heat released into the atmosphere. Industrial operations such as cement plants and manufacturers use only 40% of the heat energy input for production, with about 60% being lost and vented into the air. Our goal is to capture that wasted energy and turn it into usable, clean, emissions-free energy that can be utilized on-site. We do this by capturing the waste heat and directing it through a Solid State Thermoelectric Generator, which can provide over 1 MW of power per unit. Daisy Energy has partnered with ATS Energy to provide modular heat recovery systems that turns waste heat into clean, reliable electricity at industrial scale for our clients here in Canada.

Daisy Energy also offers an alternative to standard distributed energy rooftop PV systems. The Energy Cubed (E3) PVt system offers standard solar electric power plus, utilizing combined PV and Thermal panels, heating plus AC to the building with the most energy efficient HVAC system on the market, having a COPe of over 30. This system can help a building achieve a near-net-zero rating.
