John Rilett

President, JCOR Energy Consulting Inc.

John is focused on the development and implementation of low-carbon energy products and services. These include renewable generation, combined heat and power options, energy storage, transportation electrification, and additional energy management services. 

John has over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of alternative energy, energy efficiency, and carbon market products and programs. Prior roles include Vice President of Climate Change Central,  Director of Energy Solutions with ENMAX Energy Corporation, Vice President, Innovation & Cleantech with The Delphi Group, and currently Vice President, Business Model & Technology Pathways with Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp.

John is a member of the Board of Decentralised Energy Canada and a former board member of the Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance and the Canadian Solar Industries Association. 

John holds both a B.E.S, and an M.A. from the University of Waterloo.
