Manager of Operations

Crystal has spent the past five years supporting the many projects and daily activities of Decentralised Energy Canada. Throughout her time with the organisation she has developed her skills in communication, program management, administrative duties and event organisation. She’s passionate about bringing people and ideas together to create and inspire real change in the world.

Crystal was born and raised here in Calgary and spent her early years working with at-risk youth and children with special needs and dual diagnoses. This later led to a role administering and evaluating psychological testing for the purposes of rehabilitation and, more specifically, the assessment of injury-related conditions on employability.

In her free time, Crystal can be found indulging her love of fitness by teaching Barre classes locally here in Calgary; or on one of her many adventures in the mountains with her husband and two kids.
