Bill Overend

Program Manager

Will has been supporting DEC’s programs and services since 2006. He is a Certified Management Consultant, writer, investor and business owner. He combines an earlier career in natural and human history conservation and journalism experience with 25 years of professional consulting experience in strategic plans, business plans, opportunity assessments and governance support. Will runs his own company, Overview Business Consulting, which has consulted to sectors including energy, social services, small business, technology commercialization, private clubs, education, government and professional services.

Will holds directorships on private company boards, serves as treasurer for the Beltline Business Improvement Association (BIA), and holds a membership with the Institute of Corporate Directors. He mentors annually for the Haskayne School of Business, and has been active in support of the wave of Ukrainian evacuees to Calgary.
